About This Project

The building Huma is a project focused on innovation, it seeks to be a pioneering model as an intelligent and eco-efficient building.
The building aims to increase its number of floors from 10 to 13. To apply for this benefit , the project must meet a series of parameters of eco-efficiency in order to reach a minimum score of 60% over 100%. In order to achieve this the building employs Efficient water management strategies, both from the public network and rainwater, also promotes the efficiency of energy consumption, waste management plans from construction to the operation of the building. Huma promotes alternative mobility through bicycle parking lots which are incorporated into the frontal offset with a landscape design, in favor not only of its inhabitants but of the city.
