Imagine is one of the tallest buildings in the capital. In its 24 floors it has eco-efficient systems such as the reuse of rainwater, vertical gardens, and bio-climatic design. To reduce electricity consumption, all units have smart meters, which show each user their real time energy consumption. Home automation installed in each department also maximizes the efficiency of energy consumption, reducing building consumption by more than 50%.
