Luz graduated in Sociology and Development studies, before specialising in International Development in her MSc at the Universiteit van Amsterdam. She has extensive experience in sociological research and in project management. Luz has over a decade of accumulated professional experience in social studies related to technical design. Her sociological expertise covers the social impacts of engineering infrastructure works, social enterprises in the EU, role of gender in society and migration studies.The clients have ranged from universities, public bodies, NGO’s and private corporations. Luz is also a project management specialist, with particular experience of project organisation and delivery in Latin America and the EU.
