About This Project

Dablanc is a 15 floor residential building. Thanks to it water installations and energy saving systems, it consumes half the resources a similar project would otherwise. Amongst the examples of this is a building scale heat pump that heats water using thermal energy extracted from the air. Dablanc has environmental management plans from construction to operation, including end-user training programs to raise environmental awareness. In 2020 the project was awarded an Eco-efficient Building Design Certifcation by the Municipality of Quito.
